What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction and joy with your purchase is our top commitment. Although I strive for it, I don't expect to get it perfectly right every time but if there is an error on our part, I will work with you to fix it!
Refunds and exchanges are permitted within 30 days after you have received your order. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us to let me know the issue with your order.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, minus shipping fees.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless your jewelry arrives broken or defective.

Calico Unicorn proudly offers FREE shipping with insurance to anywhere within the USA through the US Postal Service (USPS).
Additional expedited shipping options are available at checkout with up-to-date discounted rates
When will my one-of-a-kind item(s) ship?
One-of-a-kind items are packaged and ready to ship from my studio in Maine
Orders placed before 10 am EST will be shipped the same day
Orders placed after 10 am EST will be shipped the next business day
When will my made-to-order item(s) ship?
Calico Unicorn is mostly a one-woman shop so every piece of jewelry is made by hand from beginning to end by one set of hands.
Depending on the number of orders in line in front of yours, processing times may take up to a week with most items shipping out within 3 business days.

Is your jewelry outsourced or imported?
No! I may use components from other parts of the world but I make everything myself. In fact, every single piece of jewelry is made from beginning to end by one set of skilled artisan hands.
